What We Do Not Measure
Some data would undermine psychological safety by its very collection. We don't collect it. Ever.
No individual attribution
Responses are never linked to names in any report, dashboard, or export
No private messages
We don't access email, Slack DMs, Teams chats, or any private communication
No surveillance data
No keystroke logging, screen monitoring, app tracking, or location data
No performance tracking
We don't connect to HR systems, performance reviews, or productivity metrics
How We Protect Anonymity
Anonymity isn't a setting. It's a structural guarantee built into how PulseLane processes and displays data.
Minimum response threshold
Team insights require at least 5 responses. Below that, nothing is shown.
k-anonymity enforcement
Statistical techniques ensure no individual can be identified from aggregate data.
Small group suppression
In small teams where patterns might reveal individuals, data is withheld entirely.
If anonymity cannot be protected, insights are not displayed.
