- Check-in Responses: Anonymous, aggregated feedback submitted through our check-in system. Individual responses are never exposed.

- Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting us for support or demos.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Generate aggregated, anonymized team health insights
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
3. Anonymity & Data Protection
Your team feedback is protected by design:
- Aggregation Thresholds: Team scores are only displayed when minimum response thresholds are met (default: 3+ responses from 5+ team members).
- No Individual Attribution: Individual check-in responses are never displayed or accessible to managers, HR, or anyone else.
- Encrypted Storage: Free-text comments are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are not displayed in v1.
- Token-Based Access: Check-in links use HMAC-SHA256 hashed tokens. Raw tokens are never stored.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Organization: Aggregated, anonymized team metrics are shared with authorized administrators within your organization.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting (Supabase), analytics, and communication.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All data transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.3
- Data encrypted at rest using AES-256
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Role-based access controls with principle of least privilege
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention measures
- Security headers including CSP, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options
