By accessing or using PulseLane ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulseLane is a team health and psychological safety analytics platform that provides:

  • Anonymous team check-in and feedback collection
  • Aggregated psychological safety and innovation readiness metrics
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Team health dashboards and trend analysis
  • Action planning and experiment tracking

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to identify individual respondents from aggregated data
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or discriminate against employees

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PulseLane and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your organization owns all data submitted to PulseLane. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

  • Individual responses are anonymized and aggregated
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
  • You may request data export or deletion at any time

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or third parties
  • Is harmful to us or our business interests

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
