Our Story

Building the Future of Workplace Intelligence

PulseLane was founded on a simple belief: when people feel psychologically safe, they do their best work. We're on a mission to help organizations build healthier, more innovative teams.

Founder & CEO, PulseLane

Dev Kumar founded PulseLane to solve a problem he witnessed across organizations of every size and industry: the invisible erosion of team health that traditional tools fail to detect. Annual surveys measure the wrong things at the wrong frequency. Performance management systems track outputs but miss the team dynamics that produce them. And by the time leaders notice the symptoms — turnover, disengagement, stalled innovation — the root causes have been compounding for months.

PulseLane was built on the conviction that psychological safety is the foundational enabler of innovation. Drawing on the research of Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) and Timothy Clark, and validated by Google's Project Aristotle, PulseLane translates decades of organizational psychology research into a modern, AI-powered platform that gives leaders continuous visibility into what matters most: how their teams actually work together.

The platform is deliberately designed to be team-centric (never tracking individuals) and industry-agnostic (applicable to healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and any other sector). This reflects a core belief: psychological safety is not a tech-industry concept. It is a universal human need that, when met, unlocks innovation in every context.

Why We Exist

Traditional employee surveys are broken. They're infrequent, impersonal, and often ignored. By the time results come in, the moment has passed. Teams suffer in silence, and leaders are left guessing.

PulseLane changes this. We provide continuous, lightweight check-ins that respect privacy while surfacing actionable insights. Our AI-powered analysis helps leaders understand team health in real-time — without surveillance or intrusion.

We believe psychological safety is the foundation of innovation. When people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and be themselves, extraordinary things happen.

Insight Over Surveillance

We help organizations understand patterns, not monitor individuals. Our signals are always aggregated, never invasive.

Action Over Analysis

Data without direction is noise. We focus on providing clear, actionable guidance that leads to meaningful improvements.
